House of Cards

This house of cards I’m living in
Will fall apart one day.
Lord, thank you for the home You’ve made
For my eternal stay.

Call on His name,
He’ll take your shame;
You’ll be eternally free.

Though you are blind,
His peace you’ll find,
With His light you will see.

Jesus says, “Repent and follow me.”

You shine upon my life.

Just look around
At what you’ve found,
All the lies and deceit.

The truth is shown,
God made it known,
Satan’s chained in defeat.

Jesus says, “Repent and believe.”

And now that I am clean, I’ll walk with You
And hold Your hand.
I know that it is You, oh Lord,
Who gives me strength to stand.

You need to seek,
Though you are weak,
Though you have lived as depraved.

Just seek His face,
His love and grace,
God’s people won’t see the grave.

Jesus says, “Come to Me, and be saved.”
